Spinwell is recruiting for a EUD Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EUD ANALYST
The role of End User Device (EUD) Analyst is to ensure the quality of the service provided is of a high standard providing the customer with an excellent experience and delivering within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE EUD ANALYST
- Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery.
- Proven experience of managing equipment in an asset register, including updating and understanding stock levels
- Previous experience of resolving incidents and fulfilling requests
- Previous experience of placing orders with approved suppliers and managing through to delivery
- Excellent customer experience ethos.
- Proven experience of creating procedure and knowledge base documentation.
- Must have capability to travel to different locations across both Forces and undertake all
- Assignments in a timely manner. Due to the requirement to work flexibly, unsocial hours
- and personal safety for lone working; public transport may not be available or suitable at
- these times. For this reason a full UK driving licence is considered essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferable ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent.
- Preferable Experience using ServiceNow.
