Contract Length: 8 months
Location: Hybrid/Aldermaston - 2 days per week in office (or one of nearby remote sites)

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER
- This role is to provide commercial support for BAU Decommissioning services.
- For delivery of BAU Management, new interim contract under NEC, performance improvement plan.
- Commercial oversite of the contract; Supply Chain Management including contingency planning, process, and systems enhancement.
- End of month reporting disallowed cost, move to pro-active in contract engagement.
- Supplier Quality Assurance and ability to audit delivery and incumbent model as BAU, support/inform Interim/LT Liabilities Strategy (separate).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER
- Experience of NEC Contracts
- Delivery focussed.
- Evidence of managing post-award contracts on a large scale
- Senior level ‘Commercial Acumen’
- Experience in dispute resolution
- Public sector experience
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Able to identify where change is needed and propose contract changes to all stakeholders.
- Able to operate autonomously.
- Experience more important than qualifications
