About The Role

Spinwell Global are working with a large international insurance company who specialise in the travel assistance space. Currently they have an urgent requirement in Tokyo for 3 HR Managers to help the organisation deliver human resources strategies in Japan.

Due to the location, candidates will need to be fluent in Japanese and English and have the right to live and work in Japan, ideally with international organisation experience and within the finance industry.  Applicants will need to be able to show 10 years as a minimum of HR experience, 3 of those as a leader with expertise in designing and executing HR policies and programmes.
