Spinwell is recruiting for a HR Administrative Assistant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
To provide administrative support to the HR Team in providing a comprehensive HR Service to Managers and Staff throughout the Constabulary. To create, maintain and manage effective management information systems.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- Exposure to HR practices
- Experience of working in an administration environment
- Experience of accurate recording on systems including data input & retrieval
- Point of contact for people, evidence of dealing with a variety of individuals
- Experience of dealing with confidentiality
- Minimum of GCSE in Maths & English Level 4 or equivalent
- IT literate in particular MS office applications
- HR Qualification or willing to work towards a HR related qualification once appointed
