Role: Senior Product Manager
Contract Length: Until July 2026
Location: Hybrid/London, Bristol or Manchester - expectation to be on site for critical meetings
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £650 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS, must have active SC clearance


Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Product Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

  • Be responsible for supporting Information Security’s strategic objective to improve Privileged Access Management, ensuring that all teams and stakeholders involved are prioritising and delivering to achieve that goal
  • Lead/drive one or more multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products/outcomes and iteratively improve them through all stages of product lifecycle
  • Develop an expert understanding of the users’ needs and champion these in the delivery of your products
  • Identify and develop product principles, practices and processes to allow teams to collaboratively build the right thing, the right way
  • Coordinate product development with other product teams to minimise risks and manage dependencies
  • Engage with users and stakeholders through a range of channels to encourage awareness and use of your product, as well as helping to shape and conduct user research
  • Set measurable goals for your product and report against these to demonstrate progress against stated benefits
  • Play an active role in the product manager community sharing your learning, celebrating progress made by other people and teams, and providing line management and coaching to other product managers

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER JOB

  • Shipping and evolving great products by working with multidisciplinary teams in an agile delivery setting, especially those relating to security outcomes
  • Delivering security improvements in a digital environment - especially those relating to privileged access management and privileged access workstations
  • Collaborating with a variety of disciplines involved in digital delivery, including engineering, design, content, data analysis and user research
  • Engaging with users, commissioning research and turning qualitative and quantitative insight into product improvements
  • Exemplary verbal, written and visual communication skills that you are able to tailor to the needs of the audience
  • Handling complex stakeholder relationships and working with stakeholders to deliver products from discovery to live
  • Using data science to develop intelligent products/solutions
