Pay Rate to Intermediary: £600 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Benefits Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE BENEFITS LEAD
- Benefits Management Experience
- Evaluation Experience
- Public sector understanding
- Demonstrable experience in developing benefits management strategies, techniques, and processes.
- Experience with benefits mapping and developing and implementing processes related to benefits realisation.
- The ability to identify and set specific goals and to map out a programme of activities to achieve them.
- Strong people management skills, able to build relationships, negotiate, challenge, and influence effectively with people at all levels.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and communicate sensitive information tactfully with diverse groups (including executives).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand new and complex issues rapidly, to apply established approaches in new ways and to shape and develop new approaches to benefits management: a degree of creativity and the ability to generate and apply novel ideas is expected.
