Spinwell is recruiting for an HR Policy Consultant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR POLICY CONSULTANT
- Refresh all HR policies and procedures.
- Work with existing HR team to co-develop updated documents.
- Ensure policies are compatible with the Council’s Co-Pilot environment for digital guidance.
- Improve manager experience for performance, absence, appraisal and objectives.
