Role: Junior Marketing and Brand Asset Coordinator
Contract Length: 5 weeks (3 days per week)
Location: Hybrid/London (1 day office / 2 days WFH)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £165.06 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Junior Marketing and Brand Asset Coordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JUNIOR MARKETING AND BRAND ASSET COORDINATOR

You’ll be supporting the marketing team by managing and improving the organisation’s image library, including:

• Reviewing and organising photography assets to ensure they are correctly categorised and accessible
• Uploading, tagging, and maintaining image records with accurate information
• Supporting the wider team with sourcing and storing visual content
• Helping to develop more efficient processes for managing digital assets
• Working closely with the marketing team to support brand and communications activity

  SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE JUNIOR MARKETING AND BRAND ASSET COORDINATOR

• An interest in marketing, branding, or working within a marketing environment
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
• Comfortable working with digital files, systems, or image libraries
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage tasks independently and stay organised
