Spinwell is recruiting for a Lead Developer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEAD DEVELOPER
As Lead Developer, you will be the technical authority for our NEC ecosystem, safeguarding system health across all development, testing, and production environments. You will drive high standards for NEC module configuration, release management, integration reliability, and data governance—ensuring seamless service delivery and robust system performance.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES OF THE LEAD DEVELOPER
- Proven track record in NEC system configuration: Demonstrated, hands-on experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting configuration across core NEC modules and environments.
- Technical Environment Leadership: Strong background managing environment release pipelines, system patching, and deployment strategy within complex public sector or housing IT ecosystems.
- Integration Expertise: Practical experience testing, troubleshooting, and signing off on third-party API integrations connected to core systems.
- Data & Security Governance: Solid understanding of data governance, database cloning protocols, migration assurance, and security best practices.
