Location: Hybrid/Wellingborough - attendance at office in Wellingborough on a weekly basis as this is the teams base office.

Spinwell is recruiting for a Property Development and Delivery Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY MANAGER
To be senior project management lead through a series of planned outcomes achieving the requirements of Estates Implementation in respect to allocated aspects of the Estates Strategy managing the staff and workloads of the appointed team.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY MANAGER
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous project management experience commensurate to the level of this role, principally on projects delivering process improvement in the estates field, with particular reference to delivery of sustainability, wellbeing and Mechanical & Electrical improvements.
- Experience of managing projects of corporate or strategic significance.
- Experience of dealing with potentially conflicting organisational change
- Ability to plan and manage the work of self and others to deadlines, within project management framework and budget.
- Experience of mapping, analysing and improving business processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence, with a high level of personal resilience.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels including report writing.
- Ability to present and explain results of research to a non-technical audience.
- Managerial experience with proven ability to motivate and develop a small team.
- Ability to generate and evaluate ideas, using lateral as well as analytical thinking.
- High level of computer literacy inc. word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, presentation and project management software.
- Able to demonstrate a level of awareness of equality and diversity issues appropriate to the role.
