Spinwell is recruiting for a Correspondence Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CORRESPONDENCE OFFICER
- Managing correspondence and gathering information in order to provide an accurate and timely response;
- managing and responding to complaints;
- analysing data and running reports;
- providing ministerial briefings;
- leading on high profile and complex work within the team;
- working with others to manage reputational risks.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CORRESPONDENCE OFFICER
- Strong written communication skills
- Proven experience in handling formal correspondence—especially complaints or communications with MP’s and senior public organisations.
