Spinwell is recruiting for a Project Manager for an excellent opportunity within the private sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• In addition, lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.

  Marketplace Enablement:

• Support the automation of processes and onboarding of 3rd party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)

  RPA Coordination:

• Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of implemented bots.

  Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

  Performance Monitoring:

• Support the creation and distribution of performance dashboards and project scorecards. Leverage data to highlight insights, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  Documentation & Governance:

• Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, requirements, risks, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PROJECT MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with performance tracking tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• 5+ Years experience
