Contract Length: 14 Months
Location: Hybrid/Reading area, 3 days per week onsite. Some travel to Swindon may be required

Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Planner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR PLANNER
- Providing Planning expertise to internal customers within the projects supported.
- Implementing Planning processes, policies and procedures within the projects supported.
- Producing Planning and EV deliverables in accordance with agreed business rhythm within the projects.
- The delivery of long range operational integrated Programme Planning activities.
- Supporting the Business Management Manager with emergent projects as directed by Business Controller.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with and awareness of key project stakeholders.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR PLANNER
- Proficient in P6 Primavera, with demonstrable experience in planning and scheduling complex programmes.
- Possess large-scale programme delivery experience.
- Excellent understanding of programme scale and complexity, with the ability to navigate interdependencies and strategic priorities.
- Experienced in operating within a matrix management environment, collaborating across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
- Ideally, a background in or some understanding of the Defence Sector.
