Spinwell is recruiting for a Leisure Centre Operations Transformation Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEISURE CENTRE OPERATIONS TRANSFORMATION LEAD
- Take interim operational control to stabilise and improve performance.
- Conduct a root-and-branch review of our facilities, operations, workforce, and financials.
- Identify efficiencies, waste, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop a full business case for the future of the service – including new delivery models, workforce requirements, and long-term sustainability.
- Integrate health and wellbeing outcomes, including social prescribing potential
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE LEISURE CENTRE OPERATIONS TRANSFORMATION LEAD
- A track record of commercially managing and improving leisure centres (multi-site experience ideal).
- Experience identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of workforce development and service transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – from political leaders to front-line staff.
- Experience producing business cases and options appraisals for public sector clients.
