Contract Length: 3 months initially
Location: Hybrid/Rugby - 21 hours per week split over 3, 7-hour days. In office on Mondays.
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £50 per hour
Spinwell is recruiting for a Property Solicitor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
PROPERTY SOLICITOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sound experience of Right to Buy properties & buy backs; consent orders; sale and purchase of properties; Assets of Community Value applications, lease extensions and renewals.
- Excellent client rapport
- Experience of using IKEN or other Case Management Systems
