Spinwell is recruiting for a Locum Solicitor – Civil Litigation for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LOCUM SOLICITOR – CIVIL LITIGATION
The client require an experienced solicitor to deal with civil litigation cases, dealing with landlord & tenant litigation, council tax litigation, data protection litigation, boundary disputes, general vexatious complainants, pot-hole claims etc. This will include taking cases to Court and acting on behalf of the Council.
