Spinwell is recruiting for an HR Resourcing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR RESOURCING OFFICER
To support the Senior Resourcing Officer and Resourcing Manager in delivering a professional, effective and proactive advisory service, in relation to recruitment and selection of people resources. This includes a professional first point of contact service, and for providing innovative and effective solutions to recruitment needs and issues in partnership with strategic and operational line managers.
Demonstrate the force values at all times. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR RESOURCING OFFICER
- Proven experience in a Recruitment Role.
- Experience of data input and retrieval.
- Good IT Skills
- Understanding of diversity issues and positive action
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to travel county wide to attend careers events as/when required.
