Spinwell is recruiting for a Public Protection & Enforcement Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTION & ENFORCEMENT MANAGER
- Mobilisation and implementation of a new third party environmental enforcement contract
- Overseeing the management of the council's car parking strategy and service to achieve income generation targets and supporting the Parking Services Manager to implement key strategic objectives.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTION & ENFORCEMENT MANAGER
- Ability to lead, manage, motivate and empower teams.
- Significant problem solving skills.
- Experience of working at all levels across an organisation and with partner organisations
- Contract Management experience: from cold start to implementation and embedding.
- Regulatory services experience: legislation and policy knowledge of car parking and / or environmental crime
- Experience of successfully implementing change
