Spinwell is recruiting for a Power BI Specialist for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POWER BI SPECIALIST
- Build unified Power BI data models integrating Whitespace, Salesforce, SharePoint and programme data to create a single, trusted source of truth.
- Deliver operational, customer service and programme‑level dashboards (performance, risks, milestones, contact trends, case management, finance).
- Develop KPI definitions, data governance standards, permissions models and documentation to improve data quality, consistency and auditability.
- Provide analytical insights to support policy review, service optimisation, risk mitigation and continuous improvement across SIP and wider SRP workstreams.
- Automate data extraction and reporting for Programme Boards, highlight reports and ongoing monitoring to reduce manual effort.
- Support multi‑workstream collaboration by joining up customer, operational and programme data to show end‑to‑end service performance
