ECare Trainer
3 months fixed term contract
Up to £30,162 per annum pro rata
Based in Treliske but this role requires workers to travel across the country to deliver training as required
Spinwell is recruiting for a ECare Trainer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ECARE TRAINER
- To deliver training on the new eCare system and business as usual solutions to all NHS staff across the Cornwall Healthcare Community.
- To contribute to the creation and improvement of IT training materials, courses and user guides used to deliver and support flexible IT training solutions.
- To deliver project related training including preparation of new materials and user guides
- The post holder may also assist with IT projects, IT support and help desk activity.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ECARE TRAINER
- Educated to diploma level or has the equivalent hands-on IT experience.
- Ability to identify and solve a range of problems related to IT training delivery including common hardware and software errors.
- Advanced IT skills for use of software, including excel.
- Informal coaching or teaching experience
- Ability to explain complex subjects in clear concise understandable terms to staff with varying knowledge levels of the subject matter
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and experience
- Excellent presentation & organisational skills and experience
- Ability to motivate, encourage and counsel learners
- Ability to engage with existing and future e-learning forms of course delivery and learner support
- Ability to work to the quality standards set by Cornwall IT Services
- Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues applicable to IT equipment and the classroom environment
