Spinwell is recruiting for a Private Sector Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSING OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION
- HHSRS experience and hazard identification
- Experience of enforcement action
- Good knowledge of Housing related legislation including HMOs, licensing and experience of enforcement action
- Must be HHSRS qualified
