Contract Length: 51 Working Days
Location: Hybrid/Litchfield - 3 days per week onsite

Spinwell is recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- To work independently and provide cost estimates for FM projects using in-house data and/or BCIS.
- To build pricing booklets using excel. Liaising with commercial teams on model build and templates.
- To provide analysis of tender bids to support business cases including preparing tender reports in Microsoft word.
- Prepare SCM using in-house excel models where possible and if not adapting to suit the project.
- Prepare pricing booklets using in-house excel models where possible and if not adapting to suit the project.
- To work independently and liaise with QS team and wider team, as necessary.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
- Excel exp required
- 5 years post degree exp
- Must be a Quantity Surveyor – have a degree in Quantity Surveying.
