Spinwell is recruiting for a Pay and Reward Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAY AND REWARD ANALYST

  • Undertake benchmarking using available tools, based on agreed job descriptions and in line with client policy.
  • You may need to work with line managers in some instances to understand any nuances of the roles.
  • You will need to clearly document the approach taken and findings, be able to explain the benchmarking to relevant parties, and will provide an independent recommendation to the Head of HR Operations on the appropriate rate of RRAs for the relevant roles based on the outcome of the benchmarking.
  • Using your experience from this exercise you will also support the Pay and Reward Lead in updating our internal documentation for benchmarking.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PAY AND REWARD ANALYST

  • Experience of job evaluation in finance and property
  • Benchmarking experience, research skills, numeracy skills
  • Confident in decision making
