Salary: London: £61,368 - £68,186 per annum and rest of UK: £53,185 - £59,095 per annum

 

Spinwell is recruiting for a Learning Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEARNING MANAGER

This role will facilitate and deliver the provision of relevant, specific learning that builds capability, confidence and performance. The role will support the embedding of learning into everyday working life and ensuring learning is visible, valued and aligned to organisational priorities.

You will be contributing to workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, compliance and a strong learning culture across the organisation to facilitate and deliver the key priorities this year.

Supporting with the onboarding and induction of new colleagues, tracking learning completion and continuously improving the learner experience based on feedback and data will be a key activity.

Making learning visible and easy to access you will partner with the business to communicate learning opportunities and work with managers to embed development into day-to-day performance.

  • Recognises common methods used to gather and record stakeholder requirements (e.g workshops, technical interviews)
  • Understands what a stakeholder communication plan is and its purpose in delivery
