Contract Length: 12 months (4 days per week / 9.25 hours per day – 07.25-17.00, Mon-Thur)
Location: Trawsfynydd – 100% onsite
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate
Security Clearance: BPSS


Spinwell is recruiting for an Administration Clerk for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION CLERK

  • Provide a service to the business through a project to meet business objectives to agreed standards.
  • Provision of specified services to internal and external customers, to agreed standards.
  • Maintain awareness of developments in own trade and apply to own workplace where appropriate.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ADMINISTRATION CLERK

  • Administrative background
  • Experience providing administrative support, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, and processing expenses
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Flexibility to cover cross functional / cross project support as required
  • The ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence to support the day-to-day progression of tasks and deliverables.
  • Good attention to detail with experience in maintaining and updating databases accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to develop, organise, and maintain effective filing and document management systems, ensuring easy retrieval and audit compliance.
  • Experience in preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions to support effective meetings and governance processes.
  • Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, prioritise workload, and support ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
