Pay Rate to Intermediary: £25.44 per hour
Spinwell is recruiting for an Independent Living Team Supervisor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INDEPENDENT LIVING TEAM SUPERVISOR
- Oversee daily team management of 9 Housing Officers
- Manage rotas, annual leave, sickness and mileage approvals
- Provide support and guidance on cases, helping staff determine next steps
- Act as a key point of escalation, directing cases appropriately
- Maintain consistency and standards across service delivery
- Please note: This role is strictly supervisory — there is no project work, service review, or direct Housing Officer caseload.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE INDEPENDENT LIVING TEAM SUPERVISOR
- Have experience within housing and/or independent living services
- Have supervisory, coordination experience, or are a Housing Officer looking to step up
- Are confident supporting staff and making day-to-day operational decisions
- Can provide clear guidance and direction on case management
- Are organised, approachable, and proactive
