About the Role
Spinwell is recruiting for a SEND Provision Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.
- Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
- Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.
- Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND
- Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Manage complex and high-risk SEND cases, including disputes and tribunals
- Develop and improve SEND processes, policies, and service delivery.
- Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Chair multi-agency meetings and annual review panels
