IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £16.33 per hour

 

Spinwell is recruiting for a Business Support Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

To provide reception, clerical and administrative support to the Waste & Street Cleansing, Parks & Grounds and Fleet Services ensuring that administrative processes related to the work of the team are effectively and efficiently delivered.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER

  • Broad general knowledge of Waste & Street Cleansing, Parks & Grounds and Fleet Services – to deal with complaints, enquiries. Needs understanding of service and processes.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of Customer Services requirements and systems
  • Requires detailed knowledge of Council Procedures relating to Waste & Street Cleansing, Parks & Grounds and Fleet Services
  • To be familiar with MS systems.Accuracy and speed is required in data inputting
  • Production of simple statistical information, including use of simple % work; e mail responses; simple letters
