Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension
Location: Hybrid/Rugby
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: Flexible
Security Clearance: Basic DBS

 

Spinwell is recruiting for a Housing Strategy and Enabling Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOUSING STRATEGY AND ENABLING OFFICER

: In this role, you'll be pivotal in developing and implementing housing strategies, enabling new affordable housing, and understanding diverse housing needs. You'll also manage key relationships and negotiations with partners to maximise housing resources and support the strategic housing objectives.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HOUSING STRATEGY AND ENABLING OFFICER

  • Experience in strategy development and housing policy.
  • Strong knowledge of UK housing, planning, and regeneration policies.
  • Proven ability to manage partnerships and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
