Spinwell is recruiting for a Global Process Owner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER
The client need someone who can step in, take ownership, and bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure. The essentials are strong leadership, deep product management experience (ideally with SaaS systems), and the ability to drive process improvement and content strategy. Nice-to-haves include, direct Jaggaer experience, and a background in commercial transformation
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER
- 5+ years’ product management experience (ideally SaaS/digital - Jaggaer)
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication & presentation
- Analytical & problem-solving
- Excellent writing & editing
- Deep understanding of UX & user-centred design
- Able to conduct/analyse user research & usability tests
- Prioritisation & decision-making under pressure
- Complex process mapping & engineering
- Proven track record in product delivery, especially content/process transformation
- Experience collecting, distilling & prioritising user requirements across numerous stakeholders and personas
- Experience in transformation programmes
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience building and delivering a product or digital roadmap
