Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid/London, Lytham St Annes, Durham or Glasgow (2 days pw office based)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: Up to £515 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS

Spinwell is recruiting for an Strategic Workforce Planning Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANNING MANAGER

  • Develop and analyse large, complex data sets.
  • Present data clearly to non-analysts.
  • Advise and influence stakeholders using data insights.
  • Identify risks from data and recommend solutions.
  • Build Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.

Environment:

  • HR team setting HR knowledge is important.
  • Analytical and insight-driven role.

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE STRATEGIC WORKFORCE PLANNING MANAGER

  • Role sits within the HR / People function.
  • Consultancy support available at expert level.
  • Requires strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, automation).
  • Power BI dashboards and automated reporting.
  • Ability to translate technical data into clear insights for multiple audiences (Board level down).
  • Strategic Workforce Planning experience.
  • Broad understanding of HR Management Information and data presentation.
