Contract Length: 9 months
Location: Hybrid/London or Leeds – 40% in office

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £450 - £500 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for a Reward Consultant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REWARD CONSULTANT
- Lead a team of analysts setting work/resource management ensuring all deadlines are met with regards to cyclical workstreams and projects
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, acting as an advisory source and partnering with areas regarding initiatives and/or reward-related changes
- Key Skills Required:
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Expertise in Reward, good knowledge of the external market and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE REWARD CONSULTANT
- Strong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and organisational design.
- Experience in developing or maintaining job architecture frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in reward, with a focus on pay equity and compliance.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (experience with R or similar tools desirable).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for gender pay gap reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
