Oracle EBS Recruitment & Learning Functional Lead
London/Leeds - Candidate must travel 2-3 days every alternative week to Leeds

£90K-£110K per annum + 20% bonus (10 years+ experience)

Spinwell is recruiting for an Oracle EBS Recruitment & Learning Functional Lead for an excellent opportunity within the private sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORACLE EBS RECRUITMENT & LEARNING FUNCTIONAL LEAD

  • Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on UK Recruitment & Learning modules for UK clients.
  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Recruitment, Pension, and Learning processes.
  • Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS, particularly within the UK Public sector.
  • Communicate effectively with others Lead and assists in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.
  • Should be well versed in Support process & ensures complete ownership
  • Resolve the tickets within the SLA
  • Obtain transition from incumbent vendor
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Recruitment Batch Loader.
  • Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests
  • Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Recruitment, Learning and other relevant modules
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training

 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE ORACLE EBS RECRUITMENT & LEARNING FUNCTIONAL LEAD

  • Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle EBS HCM for Recruitment modules for UK
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Recruitment, Pension and Learning Processes
  • Hands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS for UK Public sector clients
  • Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Recruitment batch loader.
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, Tickets and reports related to Recruitment and Learning and other modules
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
  • Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
  • Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills
  • Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members
  • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
