Location: Hybrid/Bristol – occasional (1-2 days/wk) presence in the office as required.

Spinwell is recruiting for a Principal Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
Primary aim is to provide the correct and proportionate level of Weapons and OME (Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives) safety, environmental and engineering assurance to Director L&P, as the ESR (Executive Safety Responsible), for all munitions across DE&S and Other Government Departments, while key SQEP personnel are prioritised to support Ops Taskings
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
- DE&S Engineering Policy experience
- Experience working with OME DOSR and/or DSA Regulations
- DE&S Safety and Environmental Management System experience
