Spinwell is recruiting for an Application Engineer - Oracle Fusion (ERP) for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE APPLICATION ENGINEER - ORACLE FUSION (ERP)
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:
- Configure and maintain HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll)
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Change Request & Release Management
- Systems Integration Support
- Functional Solution Design
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Defect & Issue Resolution
- Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Training Delivery
- Support and Mentor team members and colleagues
- Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
- Vendor & Third-Party Supplier Management
- Documentation & Functional Specifications
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE APPLICATION ENGINEER - ORACLE FUSION (ERP)
- Proven track record in configuration and implementation in Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods
- Knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
