Spinwell global are working with a leading integrated construction and remote-infrastructure delivery company
operating across Papua New Guinea, with active expansion underway into the Solomon
Islands. As part of their client-driven expansion they are seekign a Contracts Manager to be based at head office in Port Moresby. Candidates will be responsible for all contractual and commercial aspects of construction projects, including contract administration, scheduling, reporting, and controls. Ensures compliance with obligations, budget, and timelines while mitigating risks and resolving issues as well as working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and the Project Contracts Manager across all phases.
Applicants will need to have:-
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or 10+ years practical experience.
- 7+ years in contract management, project controls, or planning in construction/infrastructure.
- Skilled in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, standard contracts, and document management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings clearly.
